With over 35 years of experience across Punjab, Goa, and Mumbai, Chef Chand has cooked for royalty, Bollywood stars, and world leaders — including His Majesty King Charles III and Queen Camilla during their 2006 visit to Patiala. Today, his passion is bringing the authentic flavours of Punjabi cuisine to Newcastle’s Quayside, where every dish carries his signature touch of tradition and care.
